Brief Job Description: Working independently on the day-to-day execution and management of project plans associated with new worksite group case implementations, while guiding and advising less experienced staff to: Assess case-level communication needs based upon audience assessment, product offerings, and systemic complexities Develop, implement, and coordinate resulting communication plans Manage resource and production schedules in accordance with plans Guide and advise less experienced staff Resolve implementation challenges and complaints by engaging appropriate business partners Apply an expert understanding of product offerings and the requirements and capabilities of various enrollment partners Maintain and improve upon detailed procedures and standard work associated with functions within span of control Partner with other business areas to address cross-functional implications of case implementations and communication plans Provide periodic reporting of participation results from initiation of enrollment through closeout Provide subject matter expertise input on various initiatives such as standard and customized case implementation project and communication plans, business specification development, system testing, business readiness, and defect management Provide flexible support of other business functions such as EGL and DI communication plan execution and small employer-paid Disability Income case implementations
